Sean L. Holland was born in Jacksonville, Florida in 1973. He is an experienced saxophonist and has played in a variety of venues around the country. Sean attended Florida A&M University (FAMU) where he was a member of Phi Eta Sigma- honor roll society and the Jazz Ensemble.

In 1995, he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration. He has a Masters of Arts in Ministry Leadership from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. On November 1, 2013, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Philosophy & Humane Letters from C.I.C.A. International University and Seminary. Dr. Holland was appointed as an Ambassador to the United Nations Economic and Social Council. The Canadian International Chaplaincy Academy granted this prestigious honor a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO).

In 2013, he was honored by the International Canadian University and appointed as an Ambassador to the highest international body, the United Nations (U.N.) Economic and Social Council. On behalf of the city of Lansing mayor’s office, Dr. Holland was given the honor of delivering the annual Martin Luther King televised speech before an august body of distinguished city officials, judges, community leaders, and entrepreneurs. Sean is also the founder of I AM e2e, is an expert in equipping leaders with the necessary tools to reach their maximum potential. He has traveled across the United States, South America, and Africa motivating leaders with his 5-step leadership development model.

Over the last 20 years, Sean has navigated the ranks as a successful entrepreneur and helping Fortune 500 companies such as Proctor & Gamble and CSX Transportation align to and achieve their goals. In 2002, he was awarded the CSX President’s Award for helping to create multi-million dollar revenue streams and growing customer relationships in their mid-west U.S. region.

In 2014, Dr. Holland was honored by the Lansing City Council members at the annual Leader’s Salute and personally saluted by U.S. Congresswoman Debbie Stabenow.

Sean is married to a virtuous woman, Tayana Holland, who has been by his side for over 20 years during his walk with the Lord. From the beginning to the unity of marriage, Tayana has been his friend through mountain high and valley low. Sean and Tayana’s unity and love has blossomed into a beautiful family. Sean and Tayana are the proud parents of four beautiful children: Gabrielle, Sean II, Andrew, and Angelica Holland.
